Interests

My name is David Lechner and I was born and raised in the beautiful city of Clearwater, Florida. I am 20 years old and currently a senior at The University of Florida, only the best college in the Nation…ok maybe I am a bit biased since both of my parents graduated from UF and my sister is also attending. Gator blood runs in my veins.

I love swimming, skim boarding, and surfing on the many breath-taking beaches in my area. My favorite is Clearwater Beach with its powdery white sand.

My other pastimes include wakeboarding, as you can see in my header, fishing, and being outdoors.

This past summer I interned at DeGrove Surveyors Inc.. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience to work side-by-side with professional surveyors. During this time I learned more than any classroom simulation could have taught me.
